About Me
Seth W. Pois, M.D. is a child and adolescent psychiatrist specializing in individual therapy, family therapy and medication assessment and management, and maintains a private practice in Louisville, KY.
Dr. Pois attended Washington University in St. Louis, and received a B.A. in English Literature. He then earned his M.D. at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He subsequently completed a general psychiatry residency, as well as a child psychiatry fellowship at the University of Louisville.
With over eighteen years experience as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, he is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of interest include:

Dr. Pois treats children and adolescents in the acute inpatient setting, and is currently the Director of the Footsteps Child Acute Inpatient Unit at Lincoln Trail Hospital in Radcliff, Kentucky, serving children in crisis ages 5-12; he also provides outpatient psychiatric treatment in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. This care includes providing psychiatric consultation for New Hope Foster Homes, Inc. as well as foster-child psychiatric care. Dr. Pois also provides outpatient treatment in his Louisville, KY office.
